How much will my case cost?

Flat fee cases are generally listed on the site. These are the only cases in which we guarantee the ultimate cost. Other cases are billed hourly, from a deposit the client places into the Trust Account. We are extremely mindful of costs and are transparent throughout the process. You are always aware of fees and educated on steps you, as the client, can take to mitigate costs. Attorney Joy is nearing 25 years in the practice of law and her hourly rate is $425 per hour. Paralegal is $150 per hour. All bill at a minimum of 6 minute increments or .10.

Can I call in to just speak to someone?

We work by appointment only. This includes phone calls. Unfortunately, our office found itself inundated with spam, telemarketers and, generally, time keeping us away from clients. We are always available by email. Emails are generally returned same day or within 24 hours. The same is true for requests for consultation through this site. You may schedule a consultation if you are not a current client. Current clients can make phone or Zoom appointments any time. If you do call into the office, the message is confidentially transcribed and delivered to the team. Communication with our clients is paramount. For those comfortable, we even utilize business texts.

Can we meet in person?

Because we are continuously traveling between Georgia and Florida, in person meetings are difficult and sometimes take longer. However, in special circumstances, they can be arranged.
